May Peace Prevail on Earth...

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Merry, Happy, healthy Holidays and New Year from the VAST Institute team, as we each seek the winter wisdom of calm and inner calling to guide us towards our original living in 2022.

Join me today to imagine a better world into being with the joyous December edition of VAST Original Thinking® News.

This year has tested our confidence in the ultimate goodness of friends, family, neighbors and institutions. Once we can acknowledge that we are in the middle of a global, cultural transition and transformation, effective strategies can be considered. We know what has been before and now are tasked to imagine our better world into being.

At this precise moment of concern and doubt it serves to pay attention and notice all the goodness around us –as we build a bridge from here to there, day by day through our personal choices.

This the VAST Institute’s reason for being.

WE have crafted a nourishing library of inspired, positive, original ideas and we offer solid solutions to address today’s challenges of inclusion, self-wisdom, connection, leadership, compassion, empathy and imagination.

Our podcasts, online events, summits and genius mentoring techniques grant you access to your authentic self and peace of mind, two of the most precious cornerstones of confidence. 2021 has been stellar for VAST for we forged meaningful connections, with brilliant partners.

A big note of appreciation to our community of:
Practical Optimist Book club fans, Healthy Relationship tune-up tribe, Leadership Genius Roundtable buds, ingenious clients and the international transformational coaching community.

Thank you for the wonderful brainstorms and opportunity to share your triumphs and soften your concerns with our library of self-guided wisdom.

A special shout out to Jim Cohen our podcast buddy on Sound and Light. Music had always brought great magic into my life. Working with Jim is a joy, for his wit and wisdom. His work on S&L has provided a resonant lens for that love of musical magic to shine through. Thanks Jim. To our 2021 episodes!

VAST Institute 2022 promises a stellar lineup of beloved and vibrant Original Thinkers.

In January we will be featuring sparkplug Maria Ross, author of The Empathy Edge on the Power of Empathy to share her findings on the VAST Taste of Original Thinking Podcast. Later, on January 25th tune in to Maria’s Empathy Edge podcast for our discussion on and the Role of Imagination and Resilience in Empathy as a Leader. Maria’s business centric approach to compassionate action is a hallmark of the Conscious Commerce movement. Her work and dedication to infusing empathy into leadership tactics and roadmaps is sheer leadership genius!

February then brings us the joyful and wise presence of Michelle Purnell Hepburn in a special “The Curly Girls Guide to Belonging” 3-part video series. Join Michelle and I to playfully rekindle your sense of personal creativity, worth and belonging. Discover how being true to yourself is the best way to heal and improve the world. Here is the Curly Girls pilot video to enjoy.

March will focus on harnessing the Power of Positive Imagination with Paula Intravaia of Cloud Collective to reveal how Purposeful Daydreaming ignites the positive imagination of people in problem solving and mastering of new skills.
